| 摘 要： | 为制定国家卫生标准，对胶姆糖生产配方、工艺、环境等情况进行卫生学调查，并对广东、黑龙江、上海等地采集的３７３ 份试样进行１４ 个项目的检测分析，根据我国实际情况及有关卫生要求，参考国内外相应的法规标准，提出我国胶姆糖卫生标准。 |
