MMIC毫米波倍频器的研究

摘    要:在介绍倍频器工作原理、各种实现方法及其优缺点的基础上,阐明了采用MMIC(单片微波集成电路)工艺实现高性能、高可靠性、小型化毫米波倍频器芯片的技术特点及应用需求,比较了单管和平衡两种不同结构MMIC毫米波倍频器的优点与不足,全面综述了国内外对MMIC毫米波倍频器的研究情况,介绍了MMIC毫米波倍频器的最新研究进展,展望了MMIC毫米波倍频器的发展趋势,提出了一些建议。

Abstract:This paper introduces the operation principle of frequency multiplier and the implementation schemes together with its advantages and disadvantages,and elucidates the technical features and application areas of the high performance,high reliability and miniature millimeter wave frequency multiplier chip realized by monolithic microwave integrated circuit(MMIC) process.The merits and deficiencies of single-ended and balanced millimeter wave frequency multipliers are evaluated.A detailed overview of MMIC millimeter wave frequency multiplier is described and recent achievements in MMIC millimeter wave frequency multiplier are reported.Some suggestions for developing the next generation MMIC millimeter wave frequency multiplier are also given in the paper.
