深井抗高温泡沫钻井液技术研究与现场试验

摘    要:常规泡沫钻井液在深部地层高温条件下存在稳定性差、抗压能力弱以及携岩能力差等问题,同时在钻遇油层时容易消泡,为解决该问题,研究了深井抗高温泡沫钻井液。通过研制关键处理剂FPTO-1(发泡剂)、WPTO-1(稳泡剂)和YZTO-1(页岩抑制剂),并对其加量进行优选,形成了6组深井抗高温泡沫钻井液配方;通过室内性能试验,从抗高温、抗原油污染、抑制性和抗高压性能方面综合评价,优选了钻井液配方。室内试验表明,深井抗高温泡沫钻井液可抗温150℃、抗油30%、抗压28 MPa。该钻井液在哈深2井三开3 837.00~5 173.50 m井段进行了现场试验,结果显示,在温度达到137℃时该钻井液性能依然稳定,并具有良好的携岩能力。研究结果表明,深井抗高温泡沫钻井液突破了常规泡沫钻井液应用井深的极限,且综合性能优良,具有现场应用价值。

Research and Field Testing of High Temperature Resistant Foam Drilling Fluid in Deep Wells

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of poor stability,weak compressive strength,poor cuttings carrying capacity and defoaming when drilling in oil reservoirs when using conventional foam drilling fluids under high temperature in deep zones,research was conducted on high temperature resistant foam drilling fluid for deep wells.Six groups of preliminary formulas of high temperature resistant foam drilling fluids for deep well were formulated through the research and development of key treatment agents,including FPTO-1(foaming agent),WPTO-1(foam stabilizer)and YZTO-1(shale inhibitor),as well as the optimization of their dosages.After evaluating laboratory performance,the drilling fluid formula was optimized by comprehensive evaluation of its temperature resistance,oil resistance,inhibition and compression resistance.In these cases,they had a the temperature resistance of 150℃,oil resistance 30% and compression resistance 28 MPa.The drilling fluid was tested in the depth from 3 837.00 m to 5 173.50 m of Well Hashen 2, and the test showed that high temperature resistant foam drilling fluid could maintain stable performance and good cuttings carrying capacity at temperature of 137℃.The research results indicated that this high temperature resistant foam drilling fluid broke through the depth limit restricting conventional foam drilling fluids,with excellent comprehensive performance and application prospects.
