闪速炉炼铜离线冶金数学模型软件的开发

摘    要:以闪速炼铜为研究对象,基于铜冶炼的金属平衡、热平衡理论基础,构建了炉渣、冰铜品位和冰铜温度等控制变量,以及熔剂、工艺风、氧量、重油等操作变量,开发了与在线数学模型功能一致的闪速炼铜离线数学模型。经过2年闪速炉现场600多组数据的验证,在基于同等工艺条件下,由本软件计算的石英矿比率值、工艺风量、氧气量、重油量与在线控制系统计算值误差在0.02%以内。

Abstract:Based on theoretical basis of metal balance and heat balance of copper smelting, control variables such as slag, matte grade and matte temperature, as well as the operation variables such as flux, process air, oxygen content and heavy oil were constructed. An off-line mathematical model for copper flash smelting was developed, which has the same function as the on-line mathematical model. After two years of verification of more than 600 groups of data on flash furnace, under the same process conditions, the error between quartz ore ratio, process air volume, oxygen volume and heavy oil volume calculated by this software and the calculated value of the on-line control system is within 0.02%.
