摘    要:详细论述了紫金铜业有限公司1 200 kt/a冶炼烟气制酸系统的改造方案,包括烟气净化、转化、吸收、尾气脱硫的改造内容。运行实践证明,转化率达99.9%以上,系统自动化程度提高,尾气排放由平均230 mg/m3下降至43 mg/m3,节能降耗效果显著,运行平稳,经济可行。

Abstract:Transformation scheme of 1 200 kt/a copper smelting flue gas acid production system in Zijin Copper Co., Ltd. was described including flue gas purification, transformation, absorption, and tail gas desulfurization. The operation practice shows that automation degree of the system has been improved and the conversion rate is 99.9%. The exhaust gas emission drops from 230 mg/m3 to 43 mg/m3 on average. The effect of energy saving and consumption reduction is remarkable, and the operation is stable and economical.
