微波辐射铈锆固溶体催化合成乙酸丁酯的研究

摘    要:在微波辐射条件下,以铈锆固溶体为催化剂,用乙酸和丁醇为原料合成乙酸丁酯,考察了微波辐射功率、反应时间、催化剂用量、乙酸丁醇比等对乙酸转化率的影响,并与常规加热法进行了对比。所确定的最佳反应条件为:在中高火条件下,醇酸摩尔比为1∶1,加入Ce0.6Zr0.4O20.5 g,反应15 m in,此时乙酸的转化率为64.1%,比传统加热法(反应4 h,转化率62.2%)反应速度大大加快,且转化率高。

Abstract:Butyl acetate was synthesized catalyzed by ceria-zirconia solid solution using acetic acid and butyl alcohol under microwave irradiation.Influences of microwave irradiation power,reaction time,the amount of catalyst,acetic/butyl alcohol ratio on the conversion of acetic acid were investigated.The optimum condition of the process was that the conversion of acetic acid can reach 64.1%,under the conditions of medium-high firepower,Ce_(0.6)Zr_(0.4)O_(2) solid solution(0.5 g) as the catalyst,the mole ratio of acetic acid to butyl alcohol is 1∶1,react 15 min.Compared with the tradition heat(react 4 h,conversion(62.2%)),the rate is enhanced and the conversion is increased.
