高温加热电缆结构设计

摘    要:高温加热电缆是在大功率或高温环境下使用的加热电缆.根据其使用特点,应选用不易氧化的合金或镀层金属作为发热元件,以耐高温的氟塑料作为绝缘和护套材料,屏蔽结构和材料的选择要充分考虑屏蔽效果和高温环境下的稳定性,保证电缆的长寿命.

Abstract:High-temperature heating cables are used under high power or high ambient temperature of heating cables,according to its use characteristics,should be used easily oxidized metal alloy or coating as a heating element to heat the fluorine plastics as insulation and sheath materials,shielding structures and materials to give full consideration to the choice of shielding effects and high-temperature environment of stability,ensuring long-life cable.
