新型复合走丝线切割机床的恒张力机构研究

摘    要:介绍了新型电火花线切割走丝方式,即电极丝做往复低速直线运动的同时还绕自身轴线高速旋转的复合走丝方式的实现方法。通过分析高速走丝电火花线切割机床的张力控制机构存在的缺点,提出两种新型复合走丝电火花线切割机床的张力控制机构,即分别采用惯性力与电磁力实现对电极丝张力控制的装置。阐述了两种张力装置的结构和工作原理,该装置能够克服人工操作张紧轮或重锤式张力机构的缺点,实现张力的自动调节。

Abstract:We present a new type of compound wire movement of a compound-speed wire electro-discharge machine(CS-WEDM),i.e.the electrode wire has a rectilinear motion back and forth and at the same time has a high speed rotating motion around its axis.After analyzing the shortcomings of tension control structure in the high-speed wire electro-discharge machine(HS-WEDM).We propose two new types of tension control structures for a CS-WEDM by separately adopting inertia power and electromagnetic power in order to control the pole tension.We expound the structure and working principle of these two tension devices,which can overcome the shortcomings when a worker operates the tension structure of tension wheels or heavy hammers.In this way the tension can be automatically adjusted.
