| 摘 要： | 介绍了高端平板电视中的一个典型细长零件—后机壳盖板注射模的结构,通过对该模具设计,探讨了如何将较复杂的细水口模具结构改为较简单的大水口模具结构。对于类似尺寸较大的细长塑件、特别是长宽比例悬殊的塑件其模具结构的选择有启发借鉴的作用。

| Abstract: | The structure of the injection mold for a typical thin-long part TV back cover in PDP TV is introduced.Through the design of the mold,The modification from fairly complicated thin-gate mold structure to fairly simply large-gate mold structure is discussed.It has a good reference to similar large-dimension thin and long parts,especially the parts with a special rate of length to width. |
