摘    要:通过对织物静电压值的测定,研究无机纳米粒子处理对聚酯织物抗静电性能的影响。通过对染浴残液的粒度分析,研究一浴法和二步法处理中纳米银在染浴中的聚集状态;通过SEM分析一浴法和二步法中纳米银在织物上的沉积状态。结果表明:纳米银处理能有效地提高聚酯织物的抗静电能力;不同的处理方式,处理效果差异较大,以一浴法较好。用一浴法处理,当纳米银质量分数为1.5%时,就可使聚酯织物的静电压值下降60.4%,但用二步法处理,无机纳米粒子加入量的增加存在一临界值,低于该值反而会使聚酯织物的静电压值上升,到达临界值后,静电压值才开始下降。分散染料中的分散剂对无机纳米粒子具有良好的分散和保护作用。纳米银、纳米金和纳米氧化锌的同时使用能产生协同效应,使聚酯织物的静电压值下降77.7%。

Abstract:Based on testing of fabric static voltage, the influence of nano-particles treatment on the antistatic property of polyester fabric was studied. Through analyzing particle size in the residue of dye bath, the aggregation state of nano silver in dye bath was investigated in the one-bath and two-step treatments respectively. SEM was used to analyze the deposition state of nano silver on the treated fabrics. The results show that the treatment of nano silver particles can greatly improve the antistatic property of polyester fabric. The static voltage of polyester fabric decreased by 60.4 % when the percent of nano silver was 1.5 % after one bath treatment. However, with respect to the two-step treatment, there was a critical value in terms of the added amount of inorganic nano particles, lower than this value, would undesirably cause the rise of static voltage of the treated fabric; after reaching this value, the static voltage began to drop. The dispersant in dispersive dyestuff could disperse and protect nano silver particles effectively. The treatment of nano silver blended with nano gold and nano zinc oxide is a very efficient method in decreasing the static voltage of polyester fabric. After treatment, the static voltage of polyester fabric decreased by 77.7% due to their synergistic effect.
