低压瓦斯增压技术在常减压装置的应用

摘    要:装置常减压产生的低压瓦斯气进入加热炉燃烧,由于压力不高容易产生火焰飘散、脱火、甚至二次燃烧的情况,给生产稳定性带来一定影响,通过利用压缩机增压技术,提高进入炉膛压力,一方面改善低压瓦斯燃烧效果,提高燃烧效率,另一方面降低加热炉外排烟气CO含量。

Abstract:The gas from atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit will be transported to the heating furnace for burning,but loss of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit pressure,it will make flame float around,went out and even burning again,make some risks on production stability.With the help of compression engine,the higher pressure will be made on stove,this technology will not only improve the burning quality to a higher level but also lower the CO gas output from burning stove.
