输变电环评中工频电场干扰问题研究

摘    要:输变电的主要污染因子之一为工频电场,在输电线路临近居民区时,为对线路附近居民进行保护,环评中要求线路边相导线5 m内的民居一律拆迁,之外以4 kV/m为控制条件。在电磁环境预测中,若所得结果为工频电场在线路边相导线5 m外超过4 kV/m的情况下,应进行工频电场拆迁控制范围预测,预测所得的工频电场拆迁控制范围4 kV/m等值线形状不同,文章对形成差异的原因进行分析。

Abstract:Power frequency electric field is one of major pollution factor in power transmission,in order to protect inhabitant,who live nearby the transmission line not beyond 5 m,must remove to safety.Out this area,the control factor is 4 kV/m.The paper studied on the different figure of soline removal control area in power frequency electric field of bungalow and storied-building in EIA of power transmission.
