钴基催化剂催化环氧乙烷氢甲酯化的研究

摘    要:以可溶性钴盐和锌粉为钴基催化体系的前驱体,原位合成了羰基钴催化剂,并且研究该催化剂体系对环氧乙烷氢甲酯化反应制备3-羟基丙酸甲酯的催化性能;实验结果表明,选用醋酸钴作为前驱体,环氧乙烷的转化率为80.52%,3-羟基丙酸甲酯的选择性达到83.00%。

Abstract:A powder of Zn with soluble cobalt salts were fed in a reactor,and sodium dithionite and methanol were added after CO was introduced to synthesize sodium tetracarbonylcobaltate which acted as the catalyst of the following methyl 3-hydroxypropionate synthesis in situ.Then methanol with ligands and CO were added and carbonylation of ethylene oxide was followed to produce methyl 3-hydroxypropionate(MHP) in the same reactor.The results reveal that acetate cobalt is a good catalysis precursor,the conversion and selectivity of methyl 3-hydroxpropanate were 80.52 % and 83.00 %,respectively.
