摘    要:为了回收重整加热炉系统烟气余热,多生产中压蒸汽,同时提高设备的运行的可靠性,消除安全隐患,对余热炉的烟筒、风机、炉管、保温材料等进行了改造和维修,改造后中压蒸汽产量有了较大幅度提高,同时增加了设备运行可靠性和运转周期,减少了安全隐患和维修费用。

Abstract:To recover flue gas waste heat emitted from the reforming heaters,generate more medium-pressure steam and improve the reliability of equipment in its operation while eliminating potential safety hazard,renovation and maintenance were performed on such facilities as waste heat boiler stacks,blowers,furnace tubes and insulation materials.The renovation has not only raised the output of medium-pressure steam but improved the reliability and operational cycle of the equipment as well,reducing hence the potential safety hazard and maintenance cost.
