| 摘 要： | 近年来,聚丙烯材料除异味的研究引起了广泛的关注。文章从聚丙烯气味的成因出发,分析其可行的抑制途径,提出了在聚丙烯生产过程中科学优化除味剂、抗氧剂、有机过氧化物的选用,以及增设挤出机真空脱气装置等综合措施来提升气味等级。以期为同类装置提高长周期、无异味产品生产提供有益的实践指导。

| Abstract: | In recent years,controlling odors of polypropylene has attracted wide attention.The paper analyzed the main causes of the odors,and the improvement measures by adding the appropriate deodorant,antioxidant,vacuum degassing system and peroxide,so as to minimize the purpose of the polymer odors.Solution technical difficulties,promoting the similar devices a long term,absence of odors polypropylene operation. |
