基础化学实验中乙酸乙酯合成实验的探索

摘    要:为适应绿色化学的要求,文章对基础化学实验中乙酸乙酯的合成进行了减量研究。通过将药品用量减少至原来的1/2、1/5、1/8、1/10、1/12合成的产率和时间同原来进行比较,提出了改进方案,实现了该实验的绿色化,同时对大学一年级学生进行了绿色化学意识、环保意识的教育。

Abstract:In order to meet the requirements of green chemistry,investigation on the reduction of reactants in ethyl acetate synthesis in basic chemistry experiment was explored.The yield and reaction time obtained by decreasing reactants to the 1/2,1/5,1/8,1/10,1/12 of original consumption were compared.The improved program was put forward and green chemistry experiment was realized.The freshmen have acquired the training of the awareness of green chemistry and the environmental awareness.
