高分子材料中的氧指数测量及其影响因素分析

摘    要:随着高分子材料应用面的扩大,对其材料阻燃性能的要求越来越高,氧指数是评定高分子材料燃烧性能的重要指标之一。文章通过介绍氧指数测定仪的测量方法,对高分子材料进行氧指数的测量,总结出了不同因素对氧指数的影响情况,并根据GB/T2406.2-2009的要求,对氧指数进行标准差计算,得出了材料的不确定度,为产品生产商提供数据参考。

Abstract:With the increase of application of polymer materials,the requirement of flame retardation is higher and higher.Oxygen index is one of the most important indicator for evaluate the flame retardation of polymer materials.The method for measuring oxygen index of polymer materials was presented in this paper,the effect of different factors on oxygen index was summarized,besides,according to GB/T2406.2-2009,the standard deviation of oxygen index was calculated and uncertainty was obtained.Such data provide a reference for manufacturer.
