摘    要:文章对Q235钢铁基件化学镀铜前处理的工艺进行了研究,得到了除油、除锈和一次性除油除锈的优化工艺。实验结果表明:(1)碱性除油的优化配方工艺是:NaOH:40~50 g/L,无水Na2CO3:40~50 g/L,Na3PO4:40~50 g/L,温度:80~100℃,时间:3~5 min;(2)采用浓度为10%H2SO4并加入适量的金属缓蚀剂若丁,除锈效果良好;(3)在盐酸、硫酸混合酸中添加表面活性剂OP-10和甜菜碱,可以制成效果良好的一次性除油除锈溶液。其优化的配方工艺是:盐酸180 mL/L、硫酸100 mL/L、OP-10 10 mL/L、甜菜碱5%,搅拌时间5~8 min。

Abstract:In the paper,pretreatment process for Electroless Plating Copper on Q235 steel workpiece were investigated.A proper formula and processing condition of degreasing and derusting for the workpiece were obtained.The experiments results show:(1)In alkaline conditions the optimal degreasing were:NaOH:40~50 g/L,anhydrous Na2CO3: 40~50 g/L,Na3PO4: 40~50 g/L,temperature: 80~100 ℃,time: 3~5 min;(2)The derusting effect was good at the condition of H2SO4(10 %)and right amount Corrosion inhibitors rodinem;(3)Adding surfactants OP-10 and betaine in the mixed acid of hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid,one-time degreasing and derusting solution can been made up.The optimal derusting were: HCl: 180 mL/L,H2SO4: 100 mL/L,OP-10 10 mL/L,betaine: 5 %,time: 5~8 min.
