异丁烯装置甲醇回收塔流程模拟

摘    要:应用Aspen Plus模拟软件对异丁烯装置甲醇回收塔系统进行了模拟计算,计算结果显示,当回流比为2.5~3,塔顶馏出率D/F为0.249时,甲醇收率较高;而在保证甲醇纯度的情况下,较低的塔压力,可保证总能耗较低。并且模拟所得较优的操作参数与装置实际标定数据基本吻合,为塔的实际操作提供了理论支持。

Abstract:The Aspen Plus simulation software was applied to simulate and calculate the methanol recovery tower system of Isobutylene unit.The calculation results showed that methanol yield is higher,when the reflux ratio was 2.5~3,the distillate rate D/F was 0.249.In order to ensure the purity of methanol,lower tower pressure can guarantee lower total energy consumption.The better operation parameters from simulation was consistent with the actual calibration data from unit,and provided a theoretical support for the actual operation of the tower.
