含油污泥混凝沉降对比试验研究

摘    要:为保证离心脱水机对含油浮渣的处理效果,对气浮混凝剂聚合氯化铝和聚合硫酸铁进行混凝试验。试验表明,聚合硫酸铁能够处理含油污水处理装置的含油污水,尤其适合较高含油量的含油污水的处理,其气浮渣的离心脱水性能优于聚合氯化铝。研究结果可以为实际的工业生产提供指导

Abstract:In order to improve the efficiency of centrifugal dewatering for oily scum,the effects of Polymeric ferric sulfate(PFS) and Polyaluminium Chloride(PAC) on flocculation efficiency for oily sludge were studied.The results showed that PFS was suited to deal with oily wastewater,especially to wastewater with high oily concentration.The centrifugal dewatering performance of oily scum by PFS was better than by PAC.
