动态负压射孔技术机理及模型分析

摘    要:动态负压射孔是一种在射孔瞬间清理射孔孔道的新方法,其原理是在引爆射孔弹瞬间产生巨大负压,引起瞬间涌流,冲洗射孔孔道及周围损害带。由于静态负压射孔只能缓慢地产生较小的负压,所以动态负压射孔清洗得更加彻底干净。通过现场应用分析,得到动态负压射孔能够产生更小的表皮系数,并简化实际动态负压力产生曲线,得出各个参数对射孔效果的影响,更好地指导现场施工设计。

Abstract:Dynamic underbalanced perforating is a new perforation method to clean up the perforation tunnels.The principle is producing a huge vacuum when perforating,causing an instant surge washing perforation tunnels and around the damage zone.Through on-site application analysis,dynamic underbalanced perforating can produce a smaller skin factor,and by simplifying the actual dynamics pressure curve,draw the perforation effect of various parameters,to better guide the on-site construction design.
