| 摘 要： | 文章主要讨论了高性能消泡剂在水性油墨中的应用。水墨用高性能消泡剂主要具有快速消泡能力、持久的抑泡能力、抗剪切以及良好的体系相容性。文章介绍了水性油墨用消泡剂的分类,并侧重介绍了消泡剂在松香水墨及丙烯酸水墨的使用情况。结果表明,测试所选用的消泡剂具有良好的消泡性能及体系相容性,完全可以替代进口同类产品使用。

| Abstract: | The paper mainly introduced the application of high-performance defoamer in the water-based ink.The high-performance defoamer which used in the water-based ink have the ability of high-speed defoaming /lasting foam-control/stir-resist and good compatibility in system.The paper introduced the classification of defoamer which used in the water-based ink,and particular introduced service condition of defoamer which used in water-based ink of rosin and water-based ink of crylic acid.The result showed that the defoamer which used to test possesses good defoaming and good compatibility in system,and could be used as taking the place of the imports in practice. |
