盐酸普罗帕酮与赤藓红相互作用的荧光光谱研究

摘    要:在pH 4.4~5.0的HAc-NaAc介质中,盐酸普罗帕酮(PPF)能与赤藓红(Ery),二溴荧光素(DBF)阴离子形成离子缔合物,引起荧光猝灭。赤藓红(Ery),二溴荧光素(DBF)二体系用荧光猝灭法测定盐酸普罗帕酮的检出限分别为:0.045μg?mL-1、0.087μg?mL-1,而线性范围分别为:0.5~3.5μg?mL-1、0.5~3.0μg?mL-1。本实验重点研究了荧光猝灭法的适宜反应条件。

Abstract:In pH 4.4~5.0 HAc-NaAc buffer medium,Propafenone Hydrochloride(PPF) could react with Ery to form ion-associations which resulted in the fluorescence quenching of Ery.The fluorescence quenching intensity was proportional to the concentration of PPF in the rang of 0.5~3.5 μg·mL-1 for ery systems,and the detection limits(3σ) were 0.045 μg·mL-1.The optimum reaction conditions were investigated.
