新氢压缩机配管设计

摘    要:本论文通过对往复式压缩机工艺管道特点的理论研究,阐述了压缩机管道振动的形成原因、振动的特点、振动控制的措施,参考目前国内主要炼油工程公司各自的设计特点,并结合国家现行的标准规范,就新氢压缩机的设备布置、机房设计、管道布置、支架设计、孔板设计、集合管设计、机械计算分析方面加以论述,最后总结出新氢压缩机配管设计的规律。

Abstract:Through the study of the piping characters of the reciprocating making-up compressor,the author stated the causes of piping vibration and vibrating piping features,and then resulting in the measures to avoid the pipes vibrating.Having referred to the piping design of famous refine engineering company and combining the relevant living codes in China,the article summed up the practices to design this kind of pipes after researching the equipment arrangement,shelf design,piping layout,piping support,orifice,discharging head pipe and mechanic analyzing.
