高效液相色谱法测定纽甜的含量

纽甜是一种新型高效、非营养型甜味剂,作为食品添加剂广泛应用在食品工业。对于纽甜产品的测量,目前尚没有国家标准,文章建立了用高效液相色谱法测定纽甜的含量,流动相为乙腈—缓冲溶液（体积比为25∶75）,流速1.5 mL/min,二极管阵列检测器（DAD）,柱温45℃。结果表明,纽甜质量浓度在1～10 mg/mL范围内甜与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,回收率在95.96%～99.90%。该方法简单、灵敏、准确,适用于纽含量的检测。

Determination of Neotame by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

Neotame is a new non-nutritive high-intensity sweetener,as a food additive widely used in food industry.There is currently no national standard for measurement of the neotame sweet products.The structure,performance and development trends of neotame are introduced.A high performance liquid chromatographic method was developed to determine of amounts of neotame in the paper.A mobile phase of acetonitrile-buffer solution(25∶75,V/V) at a flow rateof 1.5 mL/min and column temperature 45 ℃ with diode-array detector were adopeted.The method was proved tobe linear in the neotame from 1~10 mg/mL.The recovery was 95.96 %~99.90 %.The established method has been successfully applied to the determination of the amounts of neotame.
