锂离子电池正极材料Li1.2V3O8的合成及性能研究

摘    要:以Li2CO3和NH4VO3为原料,采用柠檬酸溶胶—凝胶法合成了Li1.2V3O8。通过对前驱体的热分析,选定了低温合成Li1.2V3O8的适宜煅烧温度。用FTIR和XRD分析了产物的结构,测试了Li1.2V3O8的电化学性能。实验结果表明,热处理温度对产物的电化学性能影响较大,放电容量随前驱体煅烧温度的上升而下降,但模拟电池的循环性能却随煅烧温度的上升而好转。

Abstract:Layered-type compound of lithium vanadium oxide Li1.2V3O8 was synthesized by the sol-gel technique of citric acid with Li2CO3 and NH4VO3 as raw materials.The suitable temperature of calcinations was selected by the results of TG-DTG.The structure of the samples was analyzed by FTIR and XRD.And the electrochemical properties of Li1.2V3O8 were studied by lab technique.The results indicated that the temperature of sintering exerts a great influence on the electrochemical properties of Li1.2V3O8.The discharge capacity drops with the rising of heat-treated temperature,but cycle performance of battery takes a favorable turn with rising of temperature.
