摘    要:采用三段萃取流程净化钴电解液:P204萃取除铁,锌、锰、环烷酸-吡啶酯萃取除铜,HA-PE206萃取除镍。进行了半工业试验,净化后液满足生产1#钴新液要求(Co100g/1,Fe〈0.001g/1,Zn〈0.001g/1,Cu〈0.0003g/1),并得到1号钴产品。

Abstract:A purification process for cobalt electrolyte has been proposed. In this process Fe, Zn and Mn were re-moved by P204, Cu and Ni were removed by HA - PE206. The bench-scale test and pilot test were carriedout in several centrifugal contactors. The refined cobalt chloride liquor met a criterion of l# cobaltelectrolyte (Co - 100g/L),Fe<0.001g/L, Zn<0.001g/L, Cu<0.0003g/L and Ni<0.03g/L) and 1# cobalt productwas obtained.
