精确设定瑞利干涉仪补偿器的偏转角

摘    要:瑞利干涉仪是测量液体、气体折射率的精密仪器,但补偿器的偏转位置直接影响测量精度。从测量补偿器不同偏转角对应的光程差出发,对最佳补偿范围进行了测试,结果表明,补偿器的最佳初始位置与水平方向的夹角为30°,最大补偿角为5°。为瑞利干涉仪的准确测量提供了实验参数。

Abstract:The Rayleigh interferometer is a precise instrument that can be used to survey the refractive index of liquid and gas.However,the deflection position of the compensator influence the accuracy of measurement directly.On the basis of testing a series of optical distance difference corresponding with the deflection angle of compensator,the article discussed the optimum compensation scope.The results indicate that the position with a deflection angle of 30 degrees from the horizontal direction is the best initial position of the compensator.The largest compensation angle of our experiment is 5 degree and the experiment offers the experimental parameters for accurate survey through the Rayleigh interferometer.
