衍生气相色谱法测定食品中的甜蜜素含量

摘    要:本文采用气相色谱法测定几类食品中的甜蜜素含量,实验结果表明,该方法有很好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9995,最低检出限为0.3μg,加标回收率在94.6%~106.4%,相对标准偏差RSD<4%;同时说明采用超声波方法处理固体样品能够处理完全。该方法简便快捷、准确度高、重现性好。

Abstract:A new method for the determination of cyclamate in several foods by gas chromatography was studied.It is shown that the cyclamate content was in a good linearity(r =0.9995).The lowest cyclamate content determined was 0.3μg.The recovery rate was 94.6%~106.4%.RSD value was less than 4%.At the same time,the solid samples can be dealt with completely with the ultrasonic method.The method is simple,rapid and accurate.It can be applied to determine cyclamate content in foods
