摘    要:利用气相色谱-原子发射光谱(GC-AED)对 DNAN 进行了定量和元素比例式推断的方法研究。以二苯胺为外标物,通过二苯胺的 C 元素标准曲线定量 DNAN 的 C 元素,进而对 DNAN 的含量进行测定。同时,将乙酰苯胺作为内标物,通过不同的元素通道定量测定 DNAN 的所含元素,进而推断 DNAN 的元素比例式。研究表明 GC-AED 法具有较好的准确度和精密度,能够解决标准样品缺乏带来的定量检测难题。此外,推断得到元素比例式中的各原子比和理论分子式中的各原子比基本一致,证明 GC-AED 法用于推断元素比例式可行。

Abstract:In this study, gas chromatography-atomic emission spectroscopy (GC-AED) was used to study the quantitative method and the element proportion formula inference of DNAN. Diphenylamine was used as an external standard, the C element of DNAN was quantified by the C element standard curve of diphenylamine, and the content of DNAN was measured. Meanwhile, acetanilide was used as an internal standard, and the elements contained in DNAN were quantitatively determined through different elemental channels, then the element proportion formula of DNAN was inferred. The study indicates that the GC-AED method has good accuracy and precision, and can solve the problem of quantitative detection caused by the lack of standard sample. It can be seen from the interred result of the element proportion formula that the ratio of each atom is basically the same as the ratio of each atom in the theoretical formula, which proves that the GC-AED method is feasible for inferring the element proportion formula.
