高钢级管道全尺寸气体爆破试验技术研究

摘    要:为了全面掌握高钢级管道止裂韧性预测方法,对高钢级管道全尺寸气体爆破试验技术进行了研究。在设计试验流程、钢管排布、传感器安装和数据采集等方案的基础上,对Φ1 422 mm X80钢级螺旋缝埋弧焊管进行了压力13.3 MPa的全尺寸气体爆破试验。结果显示,管道全尺寸爆破试验顺利实施,裂纹扩展速度、减压波等数据采集技术可靠,测试结果准确,与理论计算结果一致性较好。结果表明,我国已攻克并掌握全尺寸气体爆破试验关键技术,进一步提升了管道断裂控制研究方面的能力。

Abstract:In order to fully grasp the prediction method of crack arrest toughness of the high-grade pipelines, the full-scale gas blasting test technology of high-grade pipelines is studied. Based on the design of test flow, steel pipe arrangement, sensor installation and data acquisition, the full-scale gas blasting test of X80 Φ1 422 mm spiral submerged arc welded pipe with pressure of 13.3 MPa is carried out. The results show that the full-scale blasting test of pipeline is carried out smoothly, the data acquisition techniques such as crack propagation velocity and pressure relief wave are reliable, and the test results are accurate, which are in good agreement with the theoretical calculation results. It shows that our country has conquered the key technology of full-scale gas blasting test, which improves the pipeline fracture control research capability.
