螺旋埋弧焊管新型外焊机构的设计

摘    要:针对原螺旋埋弧焊管外焊机构焊接参数依靠经验数据进行粗调的缺点,基于焊接参数精确控制的原理,提出了一种新型螺旋埋弧焊管焊接机构。设计的新型焊管外焊缝焊接机构以焊接参数精确化控制为原则,主要对支撑框架、焊丝矫直器、焊枪调整机构做了改进设计,使得机构调整不完全依赖于焊接操作人员技能,而是通过标准化参数设置实现焊枪位置参数的精确调整。该机构设计紧凑、调整灵活,在螺旋埋弧焊管生产中得到应用并取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:Aiming at the shortcomings of the rough control of the welding parameters of the original spiral submerged arc welded pipe by the empirical data, the new welding mechanism of spiral submerged arc welded pipe is based on the principle of precise control of welding geometric parameters. The designed new welded pipe outer welding mechanism is based on the principle of precise control of welding parameters, and the design of the support frame, wire straightener and welding gun adjustment mechanism is mainly improved. The mechanism is compact in design and flexible in adjustment, and has been applied in the production of spiral submerged arc welded tubes and has achieved good results.
