螺旋焊管扩径装备智能化的研究与实践

摘    要:为了提高现有螺旋焊管生产线扩径设备自动化、信息化、智能化水平,联合采用RFID(射频识别技术)、机器人、MES系统及物联网平台等技术,对现有螺旋焊管扩径设备进行了改造。介绍了焊管生产线扩径工序的自动模式及其相应的运动控制流程,智能化过程中的数据交互,扩径工序的执行过程,及扩径工序模拟图及工艺数据的自动生成、自动测量、自动判定,及判定结果的自动保存等工作过程。实际使用结果表明,对螺旋焊管扩径设备进行的智能化改造提高了钢管的扩径质量和扩径效率,达到了预期的效果。

Abstract:In order to improve the automation,informationization and intelligence level of the spiral welded pipe production line expansion equipment,the expansion equipment of spiral welded pipe has been modified by RFID(radio frequency identification technology),robot,MES system and internet of things platform. The work processes of automatic mode and its motion control process,data interaction in the intelligent process,execution process,simulation diagram,automatic data generation,automatic data measurement,automatic data determination and automatic judgment results saving of the expansion process of the welded pipe production line were introduced. The actual use results show that the intelligent transformation of the spiral welded pipe expansion equipment improves the diameter expansion and expansion efficiency of the steel pipe and achieves the expected effect.
