摘    要:为了深入研究316L和2205两种不锈钢材料的腐蚀行为,结合两种材料的腐蚀特点,研究了特定环境工况下两种材料的点腐蚀与时间的关系。研究结果显示,随腐蚀时间延长,两种不锈钢点蚀程度均不断增加,随后下降。对于点蚀程度而言,在同等环境工况下316L和2205不锈钢均存在点蚀风险,但2205不锈钢具有更加优秀的耐点蚀性能;通过特定工况条件下的均匀腐蚀和应力腐蚀试验对比,结果表明这两种不锈钢具有很优秀的耐应力腐蚀开裂性能,2205不锈钢优于316L不锈钢。

Abstract:In order to study the corrosion behavior of 316L and 2205 stainless steel materials, combined with the corrosion characteristics of the two materials, the relationship between pitting corrosion and time of two materials under specific environmental conditions was analyzed. The results show that as the corrosion time prolongs, the degree of pitting corrosion of both stainless steels increase continuously and then decrease. For the degree of pitting, both 316L and 2205 stainless steels have pitting risk under the same environmental conditions, but 2205 stainless steel has better pitting resistance. Comparing the uniform corrosion and stress corrosion tests under specific working conditions, the results show that the two stainless steels have excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking, and 2205 stainless steel is superior to 316L stainless steel.
