直缝焊管生产线MES控制层设备自动化集成设计

摘    要:为了促进MES在焊管生产线的应用,总结了直缝焊管生产线MES控制层设计及调试方面的技术和经验。首先对MES控制层自动化集成网络架构设计和单个工序控制系统网络扩展功能升级方案进行了介绍,同时阐述了KEPWARE6.0软件关于各工序PLC 驱动组建、数据项配置以及通信诊断的方法。生产线实际应用表明,MES控制层设备可实现直缝焊管生产线设备状态、工艺参数及质量数据的全自动实时采集及存储,可为钢管制造企业管材质量的可追溯性及后期工艺优化提供数据支持。

Abstract:In order to promote the application of manufacturing execution system(MES) in welded pipe production line, the technology and experience of MES control layer design and debugging in longitudinal welded pipe production line are summarized. The MES control layer automation integrated network architecture design and the single process control system network expansion function upgrade scheme were introduced, and the KEPWEARE6.0 software about PLC drive component, data item configuration and communication diagnosis method of each process were expounded. The actual application of the production line showed that MES control layer equipment could realize automatic real-time acquisition and storage of equipment status, process parameters and quality data of longitudinal welded pipe production line, and provided data support for the traceability of pipe quality and the later process optimization analysis method of steel pipe manufacturing enterprises.
