摘    要:为了提高手工热剂切割/焊接装置的点火效率和安全性,运用最小自由能原理设计并模拟计算了多种点火药配方燃烧参数,基于凝聚相产物占比、气体产物体积、火药力、燃烧温度和燃烧热5个参数,通过理论分析优选出最佳点火药配方为wKNO_3-C/w添加剂=55/45。理化性能试验结果表明,该最佳点火药配方的吸湿性为1.43%,摩擦感度和撞击感度均为0,安全性较强且对高热剂具有较好的点火效率。

Abstract:In order to improve the ignition efficiency and safety of the manual thermal cutting / welding device, the minimum free energy principle was used to design and simulate the combustion parameters of various ignition powder formulations. Based on the five parameters of mass percentage of condensed phase, gas product volume, force capacity, combustion temperature and combustion heat, the optimal ignition agent formulation was selected, the mass ratio of potassium nitrate-carbon to additive is 55 to 45 through theoretical analysis. The results of physical and chemical properties test show that the hygroscopicity of the optimal ignition powder formula is 1.43%, the friction sensitivity and impact sensitivity are both 0%, the ignition composition has high safety and the ignition efficiency for the high heat agent.
