高温紧固螺栓相控阵检测技术

摘    要:为了验证超声相控阵技术检测高温紧固螺栓的可行性,采用相控阵纵波端面检测和相控阵横波检测两种方法,对扫查方法、检测能力、灵敏度、信噪比等影响检测工艺的因素进行了分析。研究结果表明,超声相控阵作为螺栓检测方面的新技术,在灵敏度、信噪比和缺陷识别方面都有很大的优势,可实现较大角度范围的扫查,扇扫成像清晰直观,便于对缺陷的识别和判定,可大大提高微小裂纹的检出率,结果稳定可靠,值得推广和应用。

Abstract:In order to verify the feasibility of ultrasonic phased array technology in detecting high temperature bolts, longitudinal wave end detection and shear wave detection methods, were used to analyze the factors affecting the detection process, such as scanning method, detection ability, sensitivity and signal-to-noise ratio. The results show that ultrasonic phased array, as a new bolt detection technology, has great advantages in sensitivity, signal-to-noise ratio and defect recognition. It can scan in a wide angle range. Fan scan imaging is clear and intuitive. It is easy to identify and judge defects. It can greatly improve the detection rate of micro cracks. The results are stable reliable and applicable.
