飞片材料经加速老化后对飞片速度的影响研究

摘    要:为了掌握经长期贮存后的飞片材料在初始起爆条件下的飞片速度是否会发生显著性退化,采用光子多普勒测速仪对经 71℃加速老化不同时间后的聚酰亚胺飞片材料形成飞片的速度进行了测试。结果表明,针对不同时间加速老化后的聚酰亚胺飞片材料,在相同起爆条件下由其形成飞片的最大速度及飞片出炮筒时的速度均无显著性变化,且在一定炮筒厚度下,飞片出炮筒的速度没有达到最大值。

Abstract:In order to make sure that the flyer velocity has significant change when the flyer material has been stored for long time, the flyer velocity was tested by photonic doppler vilocimetry(PDV), after the flyer material has been aged for different time at the temperature of 71℃. The test results show that the max flyer velocity has not significant changed with the aging time , as well as the velocity of flyer going through the barrel. The velocity of flyer going through the barrel doesn’t reach the max value.
