| Abstract: | Based on the flocculation theory of pigment particles, the causes of leading the flocculation of carbon black pigment during the production of paint were discussed, and an effective and easy operative wetting and dispersing technology for carbon black was proposed and compared with the processes recommended in literatures, which shows the practical value. |
