| 摘 要： | 采用珠光颜料与粉末涂料干混方法，研制成珠光型纯聚酯粉末涂料。该粉末涂料既具有珠光装饰效果，又保持了纯聚酯粉末涂料固有的优异性能。讨论了不同色彩珠光颜料在粉末涂料中的显色效果、珠光颜料的用量选择及制备工艺。列举了金相纯聚酯粉末涂料及涂层的性能指标。

| Abstract: | A pearlescent effect all-polyester powder coatings has been developed by the dry mix of pearlescent pigments and powders,which is featured by the decorative effect from pearlescent pigments as well as the excellent performance from the all-polyester powder coatings. The color development of various pearlescent pigment in powder coatings,and the amount and production of pearlescent pigment were discussed. The technical specifications of golden all-polyester powder coatings and films were listed. |
