激光物位在线检测系统的设计

摘    要:介绍一种在线检测动态物流中的物体尺寸、中心偏移量的新型智能化非接触式检测装置,该装置采用多束激光作为探测光源,并以阵列光敏电池为传感器,还将计算机自学习功能应用到该系统中。该系统实现了智能化检测功能,从而解决了在线检测邮包的尺寸、位置的问题,已在宁波局邮政分拣系统试验线得以应用。

Abstract:In this paper we introduced a new testing equipment by which the size of moving objects and its shift from center can be measured on line. In this system, multi laser beams are used as testing light source and photocell array as sensors. The self study function of computer has been applied. With the technology of MCU intelligence testing, the problem of how to measuring the size and location of postal matters is solved effectively. The system as sample has been applied in a testing line in Ninbo postoffice.
