| 摘 要： | 旨在全面论述绘图仪智能控制器软件设计的关键技术问题。在简述绘图仪结构和软件功能划分的基础上,给出了控制流、数据流和自检措施;讨论了消除积累误差,保证恒速绘图和画圆精度,线型处理以及各种校正功能的实现途径;提出了支持各种握手关系的方案,以及暂停与继续的处理策略;介绍了向前看处理、路径优化和减少换笔次数等技术措施。文中多数内容已在国家“七五”重点科技攻关项目中实现,并取得满意效果。

| Abstract: | The technological methods for plotter software design are comprehensively introduced entirely. Major strands include (1) system structure and software function (2) data flow and control flow (3) self-test measure (4) key items about command process, and how to avoid calculation error to be accumulated (5) how to support communication handshake and pause request given by users, and (6) the software strategy to increase the average speed. Most of the methods given in this paper have been implcmented in our own plotter with satisfactory results. |
