ZrO2-聚砜复合膜在中水处理中的应用研究

摘    要:膜分离技术是进行中水回用的有效方法之一,但膜容易被污染,造成通量下降.报道了自制的耐污染ZrO2-聚砜复合膜和聚砜膜在中水处理中的应用情况.研究了操作压力、水温、操作时间和膜清洗对水通量的影响;对产水水质进行了测试.结果表明:该复合膜的水通量随着操作压力的提高而增大,在相同操作压力下,复合膜的水通量要高于聚砜膜的水通量;复合膜在操作24 h后水通量仍可保持在较高水平;随着水温的升高,复合膜的水通量逐渐加大:适当的清洗工艺可以使复合膜具有较长的使用寿命;其产水水质达到了生活杂用水的水质标准(CJ 25.1-1989).

Abstract:Membrane separation is one of effective means for reuse of sewage.But the permeation flux of membrane became lower owing to its pollution.The application of self-made fouling resistant zirconia-polysulfone composite membrane in sewage treatment is reported.The influence of operation pressure,water temperature,operation time and membrane cleaning for permeation capacity of water has been researched;The quality of water is analysed.The results show that the permeation capacity of water of the composite membrane increases along with the increase of the operation pressure.Under the same pressure the permeation capacity of water of the composite membrane is higher than the polysulfone.After 24 h of running,the composite membrane keeps higher permeation capacity;The higher permeation capacity increases along with the increase of the temperature.The long usable time of the composite membrane depends on the suitable cleaning process.The produced water reaches the standard of domestic water(CJ 25.1-1989).
