低掺量乳胶粉与矿粉复合改性的PCM的性能

摘    要:
本文研究了低掺量乳胶粉聚合物水泥基材料(PCM)的各项技术性能。试验结果表明通过采用磨细矿粉与乳胶粉复合改性可以在一定程度上避免聚合物用于填充孔隙而造成材料的浪费和造价的提高,从而为采用低聚灰比的PCM奠定了理论基础和实验基础。

Abstract:
Powdered emulsions and aqueous latex have been devel-oped and commercialized as cement modifiers for the past two decates in many countres.However in developping countries,the cost of these emulsions is too expensive to be accepted, especially the powered ones.The purpose of this study is to cut down the cost of powered emulsions polymer-modified mortars by using super-fine mineral powder so that these materials can be accepted easily by the enormous construction engineering,especially the binding and repair engineering.The properties of low content powdeed emulsions PCM were tested for flexural strength, compression strength, shear strength, shrinkage, w.terproofness, permeability, thermal compatibility, freeze-thavv durability and water resistance, It is concluded from the test results that the low cotent powdered emu-sion and super-fine mineral powder-modified mortars behave almost the same as that of ordinary PCM,and can be used in the same manner as ordinany PCM in practical applications.
