我国油脂工业的现状和新时期发展战略的思考

为了实现我国油脂工业的可持续发展，在调查研究的基础上，对我国油脂行业的跨越式发展和存在问题进行了详尽地分析，并对新时期我国油脂市场和产业的发展进行了展望，提出了我国油脂行业应向5个方向转变：向内涵式扩大再生产转变，要向走新型工业化道路转变，要向实施标准化、名牌化战略方向转变，要向实施纵横发展战略方向转变，向现代化企业制度和现代经营机制转变，以全面提升我国油脂行业和企业的竞争力。

Present Situation and Thought of Development Strategy in the New Period for Chinese Oils and Fats Industry

To realize the continuable development of domestic oils and fats industry,the stride type development and existent problems of domestic oils and fats profession were detailedly analyzed,and the outlook on domestic oils and fats market and industrial development were also made.It was put forward that domestic oils and fats profession should transit to five direction,such as inner factor type enlarged reproduction, new industrialization road,carrying out the strategy of standardization and famous brand,actualizing the strategy of horizontal and longitude development,and adopting modern management system and business system,to improve the competitive power of domestic oils and fats profession and enterprises.
