直流可调煤粉浓淡稳燃技术在DG—670/13.8—5型锅炉上的应用

摘    要:为了提高200MW机组锅炉的深度调峰能力,根据调研结果进行综合分析,采用了浙江大学直流可调煤粉浓淡稳燃技术及回流区大小可调节技术对燃烧器进行了低负荷稳燃改造。改造后其不投油稳燃试验负荷达到了45%,大大提高了锅炉的深度调峰能力。

Abstract:To improve the ability of in depth peak load cycling of a 200 MW boiler,according to the synthetic analysis on the results of investigation ,the technology of direct firing of adjustable coal powder gradation and the technology of adjustable scope of back flow region developed by Zhejiang University are used to modify the burners for stable combustion at low load.After the improvement,the stable combustion test load without firing oil is as low as 45% of rated load,which greatly enhanced the ability of in depth peak load cycling.
