摘    要:在简要介绍镇海炼化分公司两套采用常规Claus+SCOT尾气处理硫磺回收装置(Ⅳ、Ⅴ硫磺)工艺技术特点的基础上,对处理低浓度酸性气(即H2S含量低,CO2含量高的酸性气)的工况变化进行分析,提出了处理低浓度酸性气时的主要控制难点和对策措施。低浓度酸性气中富含的CO2在反应炉中燃烧会直接导致反应炉温度下降和过程气中羰基硫含量的增加,如果不及时采取措施加以解决,将会造成装置能耗增加,并且使净化后尾气中H2S浓度和烟气中SO2排放浓度上升,影响装置高效、环保运行。以上不利影响可以通过改变反应器温度、优化脱硫单元操作、分流低浓度酸性气等对策加以克服。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of Claus+SCOT tail gas treatment process, this article analyzes changes of plant operating condition during the treatment of acid gases with low content of hydrogen sulfide (hereinafter referred to as low-concentration acid gases) and compares the concentration changes of sulfur dioxide discharge in flue gas during the treatment of high-concentration and low-concentration acid gases by sulfur recovery plant.
