| 摘 要： | 在胎体PDC钻头制造中，传统的加工工艺具有加工精度低、制造周期长、复杂形状钻头难以实现等缺点。应用激光快速成型技术可以提高钻头加工精度，缩短钻头制造周期，使传统工艺无法生产的复杂形状钻头得以实现，并使钻头外表更加美观。

| Abstract: | While making PDC bits with matrix body, the traditional processing techniques show many shortcomings, such as low machining accuracy, long making cycle, and difficulties of realizing a complicated form bit, etc. . The rapid laser-shaping technique can improve the machining accuracy of the bit, shorten the bit making cycle, and make the complicated form bit that the traditional technology can't produce, and the bit appearance is more beautiful. |
