分布式环境下文件白板系统的设计与实现

在分布式环境下,多用户通过Internet或Intranet共享访问文件系统的情况中,必须要处理的问题有:保证文件版本的一致性、解决多用户的访问冲突、及时提供最新的文件给在线阅读的用户、追溯历史文件、文件的快速查找、对用户访问进行灵活安全的权限管理、尽量减少整个系统的网络流量等。提出采用关系数据库和WebService技术实现的文件白板系统来集中统一管理Internet及Intranet上多用户共享使用的文件,根据用户请求动态合理地分配文件的读写权限,控制文件的分发,监控文件的流转过程,从而给出上述问题的比较好的解决方案。

Design and Implementation of Distributed Document White-Board System

Under the condition that multi-user access the same document at the same time via Internet or Intranet,it must resolve the following problems:the consistency of several document's duplicates is guaranteed,the conflict of multi-user is resolved,the latest version of document is provided to users timely,the flexible authorization management of users' access to document is realized,the total network discharge is reduced as much as possible,and etc.This paper provides document whiteboard system to resolve these problems.It adopts the relational database and web services to soundly and dynamic assign users' right to documents,to control the handout of documents and to monitor the circulation of documents.
