| 摘 要： | 对煤炭建设工程的定义和煤炭建设工程质量管理中存在的问题进行了研究,提出了利用生命周期理论进行煤炭建设工程质量管理的思路,并建立了工程质量管理信息系统模型,以解决煤炭建设工程质量监督中的相关问题。
